No accounts, no database of your trips. Here is exactly what happens to the things you type.

Stored in your browser

Your itinerary, route stops, packing ticks, budget, road-trip inputs and departure date are saved in this browser's localStorage so they are there when you come back. They never leave your device unless you export a file yourself.

Services we call on your behalf

  • AI itinerary draft (only when you press "Draft my plan"): the destination, days, pace and interests you typed are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to an OpenAI model to write the draft. Do not type personal details there.
  • Place search on the route planner uses OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service, following its usage policy (at most one search per second).
  • Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap's tile servers.
  • Weather forecasts on the packing list come from Open-Meteo, only when you press Forecast.
  • Driving directions open Google Maps in a new tab with your ordered stops, only when you click the link.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not collect what you type into the tools.

Accuracy

Itineraries, AI drafts and templates are suggestions. Always confirm opening hours, prices, entry requirements and visa rules with official sources before you travel.
